By accessing and using the website www.glamcam.es (hereinafter, «the Site») or contracting our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Services Offered

Glam Cam provides:

• Event photography and videography.

• Photo booth rentals and related equipment.

• Custom services under prior agreement.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (50% of total) is required to confirm bookings.

• Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance: Partial refund (excluding deposit).

  • Late cancellations (less than 3 days): No refund.

• Payment methods: We accept cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified on the Site.

4. Site Usage

Prohibited actions include:

• Using the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Copying, modifying, or distributing content without permission (photos, texts, designs).

• Compromising Site security (e.g., malware, hacking).

5. Intellectual Property

• All content (photos, logos, texts) is owned by Glam Cam or its licensors.

• Photos taken by Glam Cam cannot be edited, sold, or used commercially without written authorization.

6. Liability Limitation

Glam Cam is not responsible for:

• Technical issues arising from Site use (e.g., server outages).

• Unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters) affecting contracted services.

• Misuse of photos by third parties.

7. Privacy and Data

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to such processing.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid.
