On October 14th, BBVA celebrated its long-awaited Values Day 2025, a global event that once again showcased the strength of its corporate culture and the commitment of its 120,000 employees worldwide.
Under the theme of “Radically embracing the customer’s perspective,” the bank brought together its teams from every geography to reflect, connect, and celebrate what truly unites them: their shared values and purpose.
This year’s Values Day went far beyond a corporate gathering — it became a true celebration of innovation, empathy, and teamwork. A day filled with creative workshops, dynamic activities, and meaningful challenges that inspired everyone to think big, reach further, and live BBVA’s values in an authentic and exciting way.
And this time, Glam Cam was proud to be part of the experience.
The Glam Cam Experience: Capturing the Spirit of Values Day in 360º
From the very beginning, our goal was clear: to create a space where BBVA employees could capture, share, and celebrate the energy of Values Day in a creative and immersive way.
To achieve that, Glam Cam installed four photobooths with instant printers, a spectacular Overhead 360º booth, and a Track 360º experience — allowing participants to take dynamic 360º videos and fun photos to share on social media or keep as a personal memory of this special day.
Throughout the event, hundreds of employees joined in, striking poses, laughing, and recording unforgettable moments. The Glam Cam photobooths offered instant printed photos as keepsakes, while the 360º setups turned each clip into a cinematic experience, perfectly reflecting the excitement and team spirit that define BBVA’s culture.
Each video captured not just smiles, but also the essence of what this day represented — connection, collaboration, and the shared commitment to BBVA’s core values.
A Day to See Through the Customer’s Eyes
The 2025 edition of Values Day focused on a powerful theme: incorporating the customer’s perspective in a radical way. Through creative workshops, interactive challenges, and collective exercises, BBVA teams around the world explored new ways to put the customer at the center of every decision and action.
Among the day’s most talked-about activities were the Letters Workshop, the inspiring Radical Oracle 🔮, and various team challenges that encouraged reflection, empathy, and innovation.
In some offices, the atmosphere was even more festive — complete with themed celebrations inspired by Oktoberfest 🥨, creating a joyful environment where collaboration and fun went hand in hand.
